The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus is described as the brand's most accurate sensor, providing real-time glucose readings to help you track your levels anytime, anywhere. It has an extended wear time of up to 15 days and is clinically shown to significantly lower HbA1c, increase time in the target glucose range, and reduce hypoglycaemic events. The sensor stores 8 hours of data, ensuring your glucose information is continuously logged.

Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) Compatibility

A key feature of the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor is its compatibility with certain automated insulin delivery systems and smart insulin pens, such as the Omnipod® 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System. This integration allows for automated adjustments to insulin delivery based on the sensor's real-time glucose readings, helping you to understand the impact of food, activity, and medicine on your glucose levels.

Discreet and Easy to Use

The sensor is small and discreet, measuring just 35mm in diameter and 5mm in height, making it comfortable to wear on the back of the upper arm. It is available for all Australians living with diabetes aged two years and over.

Alarms and Connectivity

The system features optional, real-time glucose alarms that can discreetly alert you the minute your glucose is too low or too high. It also has a signal loss alarm to ensure you are aware of any connection issues. The sensor connects via Bluetooth with a range of up to 20 feet.
