The Carequip Forearm Walker is a supportive mobility aid designed to help users maintain an upright position, thereby enhancing balance and gait stability.

Upright Support and Stability

This walker is specifically designed to support the user in an upright position, making it ideal for those with limited hand and wrist strength who may find traditional walkers difficult to use. The support is provided through padded forearm gutters, which allow users to bear weight through their forearms rather than their hands. It is supplied with four swivel castors for manoeuvrability.

Customisable and Ergonomic Fit

To ensure a correct and comfortable fit, the Forearm Plus Walker is highly adjustable. The forearm gutter height can be set to suit the individual user. The hand grips can also be adjusted to accommodate different forearm lengths and are positioned to reduce strain on the wrists. The rubber hand grips are textured to provide additional grip and security.

Convenient and Practical Design

The walker is built with a sturdy frame that supports a maximum user weight of 125kg. For convenience, the one-piece urethane arm pads are removable and easy to clean. The entire frame folds almost flat, making it easy to store and transport. An option to have the walker supplied with rear glides instead of castors is also available.
