Change of Mind Policy

 

1. General

Country Care Group wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your product and our service. If for any reason you change your mind and would like to arrange a product return this Policy applies. This Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to your consumers rights.

 

2. Cancellation and Change of Mind

In the event that you receive the products or services you have purchased, as stated, but that you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund or exchange, provided that:

  1. you notify us within 7 days of receipt
  2. in the case of services, the services have not already been performed
  3. the product is in saleable condition, that is, we are satisfied that the product/s
    1. are not opened
    2. the original packaging is in good order
    3. are unused or unworn
  4. you can show proof of purchase
  5. the item is not an excluded item listed below

 

3. Return of Goods:

  1. Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
  2. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
  3. You must also pay the freight cost of item(s) delivered to you by way of exchange or new order.
  4. All returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks from the day which the product was received by us
  5. Unless otherwise advised, in our sole discretion, we shall pay all refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.

 

4. Items excluded from this Policy:

Country Care Group will not accept the return of items from the following categories unless the product
fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee:

  1. Customised or altered products
  2. Gift cards
  3. Products sold on clearance
  4. Products that come into contact with the human body in an unsanitary way or can absorb or be affected by micro-organisms
