More than 10,000 products are ready to go straight off the shelf - no waiting, no fuss. And if you need something custom fitted, we’ll take care of that too.
K Care
K Care is our own trusted product range, including much-loved brands like Alivio, Jannali, Karma, Merits and Uccello. With over 1,200 items designed for purpose, innovation and reliability, these products are available across Australia and New Zealand - including the CCG and member store network.
Deliveries
With more than 200 service vehicles on the road, we make over 14,000 home deliveries every month. But it is never just a delivery - it’s a special moment to connect with our clients in their home. For Country Care and their talented delivery specialists, it’s a privilege.
Home Modifications
We don’t just talk about safer homes - we do it. Last year alone, we completed or organised over 8,100 home modifications. Making thousands of homes safer and future ready.
Hire
Our assistive technology products hire pool is always ready for you. With over 25,000 pieces of healthcare and assistive equipment in active circulation, we’re here to support patients, carers and health care providers when they need it most. From hospital discharges to everyday living, our equipment is delivered with care and set up with precision.
Training
In the past year, 1,046 Occupational Therapists took part in our Country Care Group training sessions. That’s 1,046 engaged professionals investing in great client outcomes.
National Distribution
Country Care Group operates 5 major distribution centres in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Additionally, there are 10 satellite warehouses across the country ensuring our clients get their products quickly no matter where they live.
