Advanced Support and Comfort
The I-Care M3 Medical Mattress features the ActiveFloat™ layer, an extremely elastic and highly breathable material designed to move in every direction even after full compression. This technology reduces shear in every direction and greatly increases user comfort.
Edge to Edge Support
The full ActiveFloat™ layer provides edge-to-edge support, eliminating ridges and increasing the pressure redistribution area. This ensures consistent support across the entire mattress surface.
Three Layer Construction
The mattress has a three-layer construction with a one-piece U-shape firm XP Support Foam base and side wall support. It includes a medium feel lateral castellated foam inlay, designed to reduce roll-out risk and bed falls.
Zerotec Cover
The Zerotec cover is a medical barrier fabric with high elasticity in every direction, reducing shear on pressure redistribution surfaces. It is waterproof, wipeable, and has microporous breathable properties. The cover also features welded seams and waterfall flaps for fluid control.
SlideSkin™ Anti-Shear Technology
The SlideSkin™ technology reduces shear with a second membrane, allowing the cover to move or slide with the user's movements. This unique composition enhances comfort and reduces the risk of skin damage.
