Very high-density slow-forming ActiveX™ material is combined with new charcoal fusion to help control temperature and reduce pressure.

The Reform Full Back Support can be used in any type of chair or seat and includes an elastic strap to secure it in place.

Care & Cleaning

• 100% Recycled Polyester Outer Cover. Mesh Polyester Inner Cover. MVTR: NA.
• To launder the cover in a washing machine, set the main wash to a minimum of 65°C for no less than 10 minutes.
• The cover can be tumble dried on low heat, and the temperature must not exceed 60°C.
• The foam can be autoclaved at 134°C.
• Foam core cannot be washed with liquid.

Pressure Care & Uses

The I-Care Reform support range is ergonomically moulded to reduce pressure and redistribute weight to lower pressure areas. They are designed to support and align the body to alleviate pain and pressure.

For high-risk clients, it is recommended to assess a client on a pressure-reducing surface and to monitor pressure points with visual checks over a period of 5 days.
