Every Country Care showroom has dedicated Solutions Specialists who work side-by-side with local OT’s and other healthcare professionals. We’ll help you find the right equipment for your client’s unique needs – whether it’s off-the-shelf, custom-scripted or something in between.

Support that fits the way you work
We’ve created a few different ways for OTs to work with us, so you can do what you do best, without the roadblocks.
In-store consultations
Many of our showrooms include private OT consultation rooms – quiet, comfortable spaces (with free WiFi) where you can meet clients and access equipment directly from the showroom floor.
In-home trials
If your client can’t make it in-store, no problem. Our Solutions Specialists can come to them (with you) and bring the right equipment for a hands-on trial in their own space.
Ongoing product training
We run regular professional development sessions in-store for OTs and allied health professionals. These hands-on workshops help you stay up to date with new and existing product ranges. We also offer on-site facility training in partnership with OTs to ensure clients are confident and safe using their equipment.
